We have a passionate lifelong affair
with world travel and music of all kinds. We seek out music wherever
we go and it fills our baggage! We are delighted to play our
collection for our listeners, and love to hear your comments and
suggestions! We host many foreign visitors; and often they bring us
music! This is always exciting!
Among our many great musical
loves are Flamenco, Jazz, Asian and Native/Indigenous music, both traditional and
contemporary. We are excited about the various fusion styles
that have emerged and which continue to surprise us. As students of
cultural anthropology, we are fascinated to observe this cultural
diffusion in action! We love to dance, and the terrific music
that gets us all up and moving. We dance many styles, including
ballroom, swing, country western, Latin and flamenco. We also
sing with various community groups and play violin and percussion.
We are committed to supporting this
incredible radio station and the amazing community of
creative people in this county!
Our shows are produced off grid on a
mountaintop near Willits, using renewable energy.
